Being sick sucks… being sick while on adventure is even worse. I have been in bed with a cold for the past few days. My nose has been stuffed up and I have a persistent cough that has kept us both awake at night. The good news is that the weather totally cooperated. After a glorious Friday and the start of the Giro d’Italia, the clouds rolled in and the wind picked up. There was no real reason to go outside… Henrik got a bunch of work done and I got as much sleep as I could, and watched a wee bit of Netflix.

However, today is Tuesday, May 9th, our last day here in Alghero. I am starting to feel like myself again and I hope that we can do some exploring, just now to get Henrik off the computer!! The wind has been high so a boat trip to Neptune’s Grotto may be out of the picture but we shall see.
